Secretary and Parnas of the Spanish Portuguese Jew’s Congregations, Rambam Sephardi Synagogue, Elstree, and descends from a long established Spanish & Portuguese family, with his ancestors being founding members of the Portuguese community in Amsterdam and Bevis Marks in the City of London.
